Biography

Born in the city of Havana on August 31, 1964. At the end of high school in 1982 I conducted a helicopter pilot in Kremenchug, Ukraine, at that time a republic of the former Soviet Union, graduating as a commercial pilot helicopter in July 1986. In 1988 as a pilot on missions in Angola. I stayed in this profession on active duty until June 1993. At discharge from the army, and move to civilian life was like starting again. I realize many activities, working as a custodian, assistant builder, selling and repairing lighters light foods. I teach as professor of mathematics and technical drawing during 1994-1995 in a secondary school. In 1995 he started studying Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, beginning to practice in this profession since May 1998, graduating in July 2001.

Since May 1998 I have remained attached to the Accounting and Finance, are my source of economic support.

My link to the painting comes from an early age, beginning in primary school. At that time I express my concern and interest in drawing. Whenever I had a chance I would draw, but when watching something that interested me was to draw it mentally. And so I grew up, and emerged new interest in life, but a penchant for drawing and images are kept.

In 2007, I began to spend more time on drawing and painting, we take more dedication and intensity, to satisfy the needs of expressing myself. So from that point on, a significant portion of time dedicated to studying, painting, visiting galleries, finally,   increasingly familiar with this huge world.

Although the arts my training is self-taught, taking into account that I did not study at the Academy, they have been taught in various schools and workshops. Initially I went to the Casa de Cultura de Diez de Octubre, after taking classes I joined the workshop of   teacher and artist Roberto Fernandez Calafel, further studies of Drawing, Painting, Design and Art History. Then enroll at the Experimental Center of Visual Arts\'s Jose Antonio Diaz Pelaez ¨ in the specialty of Painting Workshop and Creative Expression, ending in 2009, when I join the workshop teaching new Fiera ¨ ¨, created and directed by artist Rocio García.
